Project Overview

New Hampshire Learning Initiative (NHLI) is is a state-wide effort to improve teacher professional development and classroom instruction. It focuses on project-based learning, technology integration, and personalized learning strategies. The initiative also provides training and resources for teachers to better support diverse learners and promote academic success.

When we met NHLI, they demonstrated some of the side effects of rapid organizational growth: systems that were highly manual, bottlenecks in process and over-dependence on a few key internal staff members.

Their decision to invest in Salesforce was not just to categorize their donors and program participants, it was to build out structure and process around invoicing, donation processing, program management, event registration and more.

We were able to implement a system together that prepared NHLI for their long-term goal: nationwide expansion of their operation.

Project Execution

We helped NHLI accelerate their next phase of program delivery - at a national scale.

Together, we:

  • Configured DocuSign for streamlined invoice management
  • Configured the Salesforce Program Management Module (PMM)
  • Migrated information from Constant Contact and other legacy systems
  • Deployed an event registration system based on the Salesforce Summit Events package
  • Integrated payment processing via iATS Brickwork
  • Implemented Salesforce Account Engagement / Pardot
