Project Overview

ITI Data provides staff augmentation, technology implementation and managed services offerings to a variety of financial services organizations globally.

When we first met with ITI Data, we were given a focused project: remove a Salesforce AppExchange solution that was interfering with permissions in their Salesforce environment from a previous implementation.

We knocked out the project and moved on - but ITI Data came back when business conditions required expertise with administration of Sage People, a Salesforce ISV that combines a world-class HRIS with the Salesforce Platform.

Project Execution

We delivered a small, focused engagement for ITI Data to remove an AppExchange package, but this was just the beginning.

When we re-engaged with ITI Data, we were able to take a tactical engagement and help the organization transform into a truly data-driven environment.

Together, we:

  • Administered Sage People for 400 Team Members globally
  • Implemented Microsoft Power BI for executive reporting and analytics
  • Administered a separate Salesforce Sales Cloud environment for sourcing new projects
  • Build dashboards, reports and forecasting to enable delivery performance measurement

Project Results

ITI Data was able to not only continue to perform at the same level with our administrative assistance on the Sage People and Salesforce platforms, but they were able to gain insights that led to improved operations globally and increased profitability per project.

This enabled staff augmentation and contractual re-negotiations leading to a significant increase in overall revenue.
