Buy SignNow through ShadowRock: e-signature licensed and connected to Salesforce and Formstack

ShadowRock holds a SignNow partner listing. We supply or refer SignNow and implement it inside Salesforce and alongside Formstack (now Intellistack) forms and document automation, so signing is a step in your workflow rather than a separate tool.

Why buy SignNow through a partner

SignNow is an e-signature product. On its own it sends a document and collects a signature. The value in most organizations comes from where the document starts and where the signed copy ends up: a Salesforce opportunity, a Formstack form submission, an Airtable record, an accounting system. Buying SignNow through ShadowRock means the subscription and that connection work arrive together, from a partner that implements Salesforce and Formstack as well.

ShadowRock holds a SignNow partner listing. Depending on your situation we resell the subscription or refer you to SignNow for it and deliver the implementation ourselves. Pricing comes from SignNow and is quoted with your implementation. We use the product name SignNow throughout; if your records call it airSlate SignNow, it is the same product.

What we implement

SignNow inside Salesforce

For a real estate brokerage we implemented the SignNow Packet Builder inside its Salesforce org, working alongside SignNow. Packet Builder buttons sit on the Opportunity page, opportunity data, property descriptions and photos pass into the packet workflow, and fonts and the mobile view were adjusted for the generated packets. Brokers now launch packet creation from the record. The same pattern applies to quotes, agreements and onboarding documents that start from a Salesforce record.

Signature loops in document automation

For an association that helps agricultural employers hire seasonal labor, SignNow is the signing step in a loop that runs from Airtable through Documint document generation and Make automation. Growers sign when a price goes up and receive a copy when it goes down, and every version is kept for accounting. We are adding error handling to the scenarios behind that loop and documenting how Airtable, Make, Documint, SignNow and the accounting and membership systems connect.

SignNow with Formstack forms

Where intake runs on Formstack Forms, we connect the form submission to the document that needs signing and route the signed copy back to the system that owns the record. Our Formstack work covers forms, Formstack Documents and ordered signature flows, so a project can use Formstack Sign, SignNow or both depending on what you already license and where the signers are.

Who it suits

Teams that already run Salesforce or Formstack and want signing to start from a record rather than from an upload. Finance and operations teams that generate many versions of the same document and need each version signed and kept. Associations, brokerages and service businesses whose documents carry data from several systems. If you only need to send an occasional PDF for signature, a plain SignNow subscription without implementation will do, and we will say so.

How buying works

Scoping

We ask which documents need signing, where their data comes from, who signs and in what order, and where the signed copy must land. That sets the plan level and the integration scope.

Quote

Pricing comes from SignNow and is quoted with your implementation, with the subscription and services listed separately. Where we refer rather than resell, you contract the subscription with SignNow and the implementation with us.

Implementation and handover

We build the workflow in a sandbox or against test records, test it end to end with live data before go-live, and hand over documentation so your team can add templates and signers without us. Standing support is available where documents change often.

What to have ready for a quote

  • The documents that need signing and roughly how many go out a month.
  • Where the data in those documents lives: Salesforce, Formstack, Airtable or elsewhere.
  • Who signs, in what order, and whether any signers need text-message delivery.
  • Where the signed copy has to be stored.
  • Whether you already license Formstack Sign or another e-signature tool.
